There are no words that can be spoken to express how much our hearts hurt for you Jamey, Ben, Fynn, Emma and all those close to you. To Dorothee's parents and her sister who had to say goodbye too soon, to the Osmond family, and to all of Dorothee's extended family that she loved and grew through friendships, through employees and also through hundreds of clients like ourselves. Dorothee touched so many lives.
I thank you Dorothee for being such a strong woman and for showing the world that Cancer can't take away the light that you gave to everyone around you. That light will live on through Jamey and your children. Stay close and keep a watch over them.

Grief, I've learned is really just love. It's all the love you want to give but can't. All of that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat and in the hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.
Jamey and Dorothee took me under their wings at the clinic when I was young and taught me so much. I got the pleasure of being a part of Dorothee's life and I am so thankful that I did. My heart is with Jamey and the kids as everyone grieves. Dorothee was the first to make everyone laugh, I remember her always laughing with (or at!) Jamey. She appreciated the little things and no matter what always had a smile on her face. I'll forever cherish those memories. I love you guys. Kat <3

When I think of Dorothee, I can hear her laughter, picture her smile, and sense her energy. She was always laughing and smiling and full of life, such that these aspects of her are engrained in my memory. She loved life and took it all in, in fact I feel as though she lived more in her short time here than most live into their senior years. What a vibrant soul. I think of how hard this time has been for her, preparing to leave behind those who mean the most to her. As a mother I can only imagine how difficult it was for her to have to say goodbye while Ben, Finn, and Emma are so young and while her relationship with Jay is so rich. But I feel that she has left the very best of her for each of you. You each carry a part of Dorothee that will be with you forever and memories of her soaked in love!
