Joe and Verna were long time neighbours of ours (The Welter Family). When I was a young child my mom Barb used to say that Joe the oil man was my dad…. Haha
Lots of good memories from back then when Delaware had 425 people and your phone number consisted of your last 4 digits. My dad Bill Welter and Joe were founding members of the Lions Club and I know dad was waiting for Joe. Our families (Bill and I) send our deepest condolences to Ted & Kim and your families.
