Obituary of Miriam Hope Racine

Miriam Hope Racine was born on March 29, 1960 in Hammond, Indiana.

She was the fourth of six children born to Ross and Rilyne Goheen. She was married to Geoff Racine for nearly 33 years. Together, they raised two children, Maxwell Racine, and Molly Racine, in Mt. Brydges, Ontario. 

Miriam was hard working, kind, generous, and selfless. She had a firm faith in God and His grace in Jesus Christ.  Because of this, she treated everyone with love and respect.  Miriam was devoted to her family and friends and hosted numerous dinners and family reunions through the years.  She will be dearly missed, but we are comforted in her salvation.

At Miriam’s request cremation has taken place and a private family inurnment will take place in the future at Bethel Grove Cemetery, in Port Hope.
