Obituary of Vic Summers

Peacefully, and surrounded by his beloved family, at LHSC University Campus, London on Wednesday, May 17th 2023, Victor “Blind Dog” Gilbert Summers of Oneida in his 57th year.

Loving father of Amanda (Ben), Navanna (Boont), Jennielle (Angelique), Tony (Jessie), Misty, Stevie (Shannon) Victoria, Firelee, Shadyamond, and all their families.

Sadly, missed by his loving wife, Terrie-Anne Summers.

Predeceased by parents Stella "Pearline" Summers, Edmund Gilbert Jr., predeceased by siblings Carson Ninham, Darryl Wayne Ninham, Darlene Summers, Edmund "Eddie" Summers. Survived by: Adoptive Mother Joanne (Simon) Cornelius, siblings; M. David Ninham, Wanda King, Gabriel King, and Julia-Ann Summers. Missed by his adoptive siblings, Marissa, Melanie, and Natalie. Remembered by his many grandchildren. Will be sadly missed by his Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and friends.

Victor “Blind dog” was a loving family man, a devoted father, a hard worker, and cherished member of the community.

Friends will be received by the family at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Friday, May 19th from 7pm to 9pm where the funeral service will be held on Saturday commencing at 11am.
