Obituary of Dean Joseph George Sr

Peacefully at St. Thomas Elgin General on the morning of Thursday, February 2^nd , 2023. Dean George Sr. SKAYUWI of Oneida Nation in his 89th year.

Dean passed away and will be reunited with his wife of 68 years, Shirley George (2021)
Survived by his daughter, Karen Summers, and Son, Dean Joseph George Jr. (Sharon), brother Keller and sister Lucille.
Loving grandfather to Lawrence (Angela), Allen, Teresa (Andy), Danielle, Shannon (Tyler), Deana , Dean III and Tekonyate.
Great Grandfather to Brittany (Grant), Aerius (Tony), Danny, Darren, Justine, Coral, Little Bird, Edward, Addyson, Daemien, Xander, Redbear, Lorelai, Dmitri and Darius.
Great Great Grandfather to Landon, Dakota, Daymond, Isabella, Kingsley, Winona, Kiedis, Shiloh and Grant.
Predeceased by his children, Nancy (2001) and Danny (1980), his parents Webster and Abby George, brothers Luther, Wellington, Webster Jr, Randy and Great Grandson Lee (2021) and Son in law Lawrence Ferguson Summers Sr (2021).

Friends will be received by the family at the Longhouse Riveroad on Saturday, February 4^th after 5pm. Funeral service to follow at the Longhouse on Sunday, February 5th commencing at 11am. Interment Longhouse Cemetery Nicholas Road.
