Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Wednesday, May 25th, 2016. Wellington T. French of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation in his 73rd year. Loving husband of Marcellian (nee Hendrick). Dear father of Steven (Pollianna), Celeste and Stephanie (Duane). Predeceased by son "Sonny" Alfred and survived by his wife Lisa. Special grandfather of Courtney, Duane (Misty), Justin, Rebecca, Avery and Grace. Great grandfather of Corbin, Sinsere, Shayton and Isabella. Remembered by his siblings Lorna (George), Kathleen (Pete), Shirley(Kevin) and Diane(James). Friends may call at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mt. Brydges for visitation on Thursday from 7pm to 9pm. Funeral service to follow on Friday from the funeral home commencing at 11am with Rev. Canon Gaye Whippey officiating.
