Obituary of Shirley Ilene Nicol

Peacefully at Strathroy Hospital, on Saturday, February 12^th, 2022, Shirley Nicol (nee: Lucas) of Melbourne in her 84^th year. 

Beloved wife of the late Millar Nicol Sr. (2007).  Loving mother of Ian (Maureen) Nicol of London and Millar Jr. (Sheri) Nicol of Melbourne.  Cherished grandma of Sarah (Sarah), Megan, Heather (Cody), and Hunter.  Dear sister of Doris (Walt) Fowler and Doreen (Russ) Gorbett.  Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Predeceased by her brothers John Lucas and Roy Lucas. 

Family will receive friends at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Tuesday, February 15^th from 7 – 9 pm where a private family Celebration of Shirley’s life will be held on Wednesday commencing at 11 am.  Due to COVID restrictions, masks and social distancing are mandatory.  Cremation to follow with inurnment Longwoods Cemetery, Melbourne at a later date.
