Obituary of Terri Koosees

Peacefully at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, September 27^th, 2021. Terri Koosees (nee Antone) (“Yenolo’otshus” she who husks corn- Bear Clan) of Kashechewan Band and formerly of Oneida Nation Of The Thames in her 68^th year.

Loving Companion of Rick Ireland. Predeceased by Loving husband Nathan Kooses. Loving Momma Bear of Jenesse (Anthony), Taylor (Trisha) and Tamara (Stanley). Grandma of Stanford, Zachius Jr., Sierra, Daniel, Dallas, Tie, Owen, Christopher, Rain, Blake, and Iris. Great Grandma of Nathan, Bailey, Ezra, Bohdi, Breyanna, and Atarah. Sadly missed by siblings Faith, Tom, Jennifer and Mark. Also missed by her special friend Doreen Dockstader.

Friends will be received by the family at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Thursday, September 30^th from 7pm to 9pm. Funeral service to follow on Friday from the funeral home commencing at 11am with cremation to follow. A 2^nd service to celebrate Terri’s life will be held in Kashechewan at a later date to be announced . www.elliottmadill.com
