At home in Strathroy on Thursday, March 10th, 2016. Adrianus "Art" Vanden Boom in his 86th year. Predeceased by his wife Josina (nee Schouten) 1973. Loving father of Bea (Chuck) Ford, Audrey (John) Bakker and Henry (Bobbi) Vanden Boom. Beloved grandfather of Amanda Simpson (Ryan), Matt Timmers (Lauren), Josh Reynolds (Sarah), Connor Vanden Boom. Great-grandfather of Liam, Nora and Sawyer Simpson and Kameron Reynolds. Fondly remembered by siblings and predeceased by 2 brothers. Remembered by sisters and brothers-in-laws. Friends and family may call at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Sunday, March 13th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Cremation to follow. A private family interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Mount Brydges at a later date.
