Dearest Sandy,
Please accept my deepest condolences. The news of Ted’s sudden death is quite shocking especially because he lived and shared life so fully. Of course I came to know him best through our conversations in your salon. In my mind I will always think of you two driving around the county finding adventures, sharing observations and relishing in time together. Aside from occasional brief, and always profound, conversations as I came to you for regular ‘beauty updates’ I hardly knew Ted. However, one day I ran into Ted at Michael’s Craft store ( of all places!!). Ted recognized me, we feel into conversation and an hour later we had covered everything from US/Canadian politics to metaphysics to Central America. As I drove home with my granddaughter’s weaving loops, I realized that I had just experienced a rare brush with human warmth, intelligence, insight, compassion and kindness. His legacy will be the innumerable times he has had that same effect on others and inspired so many to be the best versions of themselves they can.
RIP Ted, I am glad to have crossed paths with you.
“What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the Master calls a butterfly”-Richard Bach
Wishing you strength Sandy
With great fondness,
Denise

Our condolences to Ted’s family. I am a former Cameo hairstylist, as are Susan McCaw, Michelle Carroll, Joe , and Denise Evola.
I personally remember Ted coming in to the salon to spread his sunshine and positivity. Ted always has such a great smile and was truly interested in how each one of us was doing. I have run into Ted occasionally throughout the years and always the same big smile. And how he remembered my name is beyond me.
We are all in shock about Ted’s death and I’m sure he will be greatly missed by all of his close friends and family. God has a special place in heaven for people like Ted.
We pray for comfort for you all at this time of shock and sadness, and in the coming months and years as you fondly remember, but still miss Ted.
Carol, Susan, Michelle, Joe and Denise

So proud to have known you, worked with you, but most of all to have called you a friend Ted. The fun times and “social adventures” will never ever be forgotten! You will always be remembered as someone who made everybody feel comfortable, laugh and smile. Our condolences to Sandy and all the rest of the Sibley family for the void you left behind. Heartfelt sympathy to the entire family. Ted was such a wonderful youthful guy but what I remember most about him is every time I would run into him he always asked, "So how are you doing, how's everything going"? He would then ask about my parents and my brother.
That will be one of his legacies with me is that he always put everyone else before himself.
May he rest in peace.

Ted was precious to me. He always made me feel what “family” feels like; warm, loving, gentle. He had a way of making you feel like you were important no matter what age or how long it had been since our last visit. I could probably count on one hand the number of times I have been in the company of this cousin of mine, and I can tell you that because of the special person he was, he left a lasting impression. I will forever think of him fondly. My sincerest condolences to all who are feeling this great loss and especially to his family. He’s singing with the angels.
