Peacefully at S.M.G.H. Strathroy on Tuesday, December 1st, 2015. Martha Melanie Vermeersch (nee Soetemans) of Mount Brydges in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her husband Michel Vermeersch (2015). Loving mother of Andre (Tammy) Vermeersch of Mount Brydges and predeceased by her daughter Maria Noorenberghe (2000). Remembered by son-in-law Daniel (Betty) Noorenberghe. Grandmother to Michele & Robert Vermeersch, Ingrid (Adam) Vieira & John Noorenberghe. Great-grandmother of Noah & Cameron Vieira. Fondly remembered by siblings Louis (Nelly), Gus (Joanne) & Cyril (Pat) Soetemans all of Mount Brydges. Predeceased by brothers Emiel & Joe and survived by sisters-in-law Nellie & Maria. Friends may call at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, Mount Brydges on Thursday, December 3rd from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm. Funeral service to follow on Friday from the funeral home commencing at 11:00 am. Father John Pirt officiating. Interment Sacred Heart in the Fields, Mount Brydges.
