Obituary of Thomas William French
It is with great sadness that the family share the passing of Thomas William French after a lengthy illness. Thomas passed on September 25th, 2024, in his 50th year at his residence by the comfort of his mom, children and brother.
Thomas is survived by his mother Judith French, children Thomas Jr., and Autumn French, brothers and sisters Gregory French, David, Williiam, Julia and Natasha Fisher. Uncle Shawnessy, Carmine and Cordelle, his aunts Toni, Jackie and Renee and uncle Brad, special cousin Cathy and many more cousins. He was also stepdad to Cora and Dominick.
Thomas was the grandson of the late Norma and Jack French and great grandson of the late Fredrick Kechego.
Tom has a great love for his family and extended family and friends. Tom would always meet you with a big smile and a humorous greeting. Even though he was very ill, in the end, his humour still shined through.
Tom worked in the Untied States, traveling from the east coast to the south and to the midwest renovating hotels. Tom enjoyed his time working for Chippewas of the Thames at the ARC as a custodian as well.
Friends will be received by the family at Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, (22424 Adelaide Road, Mount Brydges) on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, from 10 - noon, where a Celebration of Life will be held at 12 noon. Cremation with interment Colborne Cemetery Chippewa at a late date.
