Obituary of Heather Jewel Appeldoorn
It is heavy hearts that the family of Heather Jewel (nee Keck) Appeldoorn announced her passing on May 22nd, 2024, at LHSC Victoria Campus, in her 78th year, surrounded by all her family.
Dear wife of Gary. Much loved mom Laurie (Mark) & Lisa (Chris). Very proud Nana of Lindsey, Matthew, Jillian & Katelyn.
Cherished sister and sister-in-law of Gloria (late Vern), Bonnie, Winlynn, late Trudy, Russene (John), Terry (Ronda), Kevin (Louise), Garry (Lorraine), late Core, Tony (late Ann) & Ed (Leslie). She was survived by several nieces and nephews. Mom was great friends with Nancy for over 40 years.
The family would like to thank the Dr's & Nurses of Strathroy Emerg Department and LHSC for all their care and compassion for us as we navigated through this rough time.
In fulfilling mom's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services.
An open house Celebration of Life will be held on June 29th, 2024, at the Elliott Hall, 22424 Adelaide Road, Mount Brydges from 1pm -4 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities – Southwestern Ontario, 741 Baseline Road E., London, Ontario N6C 2R6.
