Obituary of Mary Lowthian

It is with great sadness, that the Lowthian family announces the passing of their mother/grandmother, after a brief illness, on September 3rd, 2016 in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Richard (Dick), and her beloved sons, Paul and Bill. Loving mother and best friend to Gayle George. Proud grandmother to Erica (Paul)and Kyle. Cherished great-grandmother to Emily and Brianna. She will also be missed by her daughter-in-law Cathy, many close friends and extended family members. Mary was loved by many and will be remembered most for her deep love for her family, her kind and friendly demeanor, her sharp wit and sense of humour, and her unwavering commitment to the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. Most recently, she has especially enjoyed watching her two great granddaughters play and grow, and her Blue Jays make another run for the playoffs. Friends may call at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home,Mount Brydges on Tuesday September 6th from 6pm-8pm. Funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11am with Rev.
